A construction company

with a sustainable vision

for building, working and living.

Welcome to Democo.

We build comprehensive solutions, from design to delivery.

This means that we deliver a building that is fully ready to go, but also that long before the first brick is laid, we were already thinking along to ensure that construction work can be done quicker, smarter and more sustainably. We think ahead: always in line with our customers’ expectations and needs.

There are plenty of existing buildings that deserve more love.

We restore them to their former glory; we give them a new purpose or ensure that they fully meet current standards in energy and comfort. And because sometimes a renovation project can be full of surprises, we are always prepared to expect the unexpected.

Sustainable construction requires an innovative way of working and thinking.

By using new materials, techniques and technology, we reduce waste, increase efficiency, and create buildings that are prepared for the future. That’s also what lean stands for: we want to do better with less, to achieve more without needing more.

Our clients are masters of all trades.

For them we build housing, care centres, retail or office space, hotels, swimming pools or museums… as construction and contracting specialists, we ensure that every project gets delivered on time and on budget. Public, private or PPP – for more than 30 years Democo has been building on the world of tomorrow.
