Through a Design & Build approach, Democo delivered a new modular and expandable parking garage on the site of the university and science park in Diepenbeek. The 11,697 m² parking structure provides space for 350 vehicles and is designed to be expandable to a capacity of 500 cars. This future expansion will be carried out vertically, ensuring that the building does not take up additional ground space.
