Democo worked together with Eloy Travaux to deliver new parking infrastructure for CHU de Liège, the university hospital of Liège. Within this temporary partnership, Democo contributed to the above-ground construction of the P109 and P101 parking garages on the Sart Tilman site, providing additional parking spaces for patients, visitors and staff.
The works were part of a broader DBFMO project to ease parking pressure on the hospital campus. By carrying out the works in phases, the existing parking capacity remained available as much as possible during construction.
