At the beginning of 2023, we, together with our partner Belfius Immo, acquired the building "Souverain 280" in Oudergem (Brussels).

We will redevelop the office building, which spans more than 7,000 square metres, into a mixed-use development with a strong residential focus over the coming years. The project is set to comprise 64 apartments, 2 commercial units and 1 office space.

Souverain 280 will become a future-proof home for dozens of families as well as businesses, ideally located near the Woluwe Park, in the heart of a vibrant neighbourhood offering homes, restaurants, shops and abundant green spaces.
