Democo carried out the transformation of Le Jules in Evere, a project developed by Ciril. A former office building on Avenue Jules Bordet was converted into a circular residential project with 80 apartments.
The building has eight storeys and one underground level with parking spaces, storage units and technical rooms. The ground floor and first floor include space for commercial and office functions. During the reconversion, the existing structure was preserved and many materials were given a second life, including flooring and insulation materials. Solar panels, an energy-efficient heat pump and rainwater recovery further strengthen the project’s sustainable character.
