Democo was responsible for the transformation of the former Antwerp Tower on De Keyserlei in Antwerp. The tower was converted into a multifunctional building with four underground parking levels, four retail floors, space for a restaurant and technical facilities, five hotel floors, sixteen floors with apartments and one technical rooftop floor.
This gave a well-known location in Antwerp’s city centre a new purpose, combining living, staying, shopping and parking in one vertical urban location.
